Renovation/Adaptive Re-use
Project required the complete renovation and adaptive re-use of a structure that was a former boarding house and is listed on the National Historic Register. Turned into apartments above, with a commercial restaurant and live/work studio apartments on the street level, the project included an attached 20-unit condominium addition.
